I had a great experience with Knoxville Custom Cabinets. I purchased a kitchen Island and it was delivered with great quality, fulfilling all my requests and so fast (around 5 weeks, which is great based on how delayed things are nowadays). Jeff is a great pleasure to make business with as well as his team which is very attentive and would answer any of your questions. Before this we had a HORRIBLE experience with Lowes so, we were super happy that we got to get our island from a local place. Would recommend 100%.
We bought a home in Oak Ridge with 30 year old custom cherry cabinets. We needed to move the refrigerator and add some cabinets to match our existing cabinets. The project took some time and the new cabinets had to be refinished once to improve the color match but the results were excellent. There is a slight difference in the color of some of the new cabinets but most people would never notice unless you pointed it out. The new cabinets are beautiful and extremely well made. Jeff and his team are honest, excellent craftsmen and stand by their work.
The people at Knoxville Custom Cabinets were very professional and extremely easy to work with. The sink base cabinet that they designed and built fits in perfectly with my existing cabinetry.
